How often do new game
editions come out?
For Champions of the Galaxy it's twice a year, in January and July. At the time of this writing there is no set time for Legends of Wrestling releases, though there will be at least one new edition a year.
Who created the games?
Tom Filsinger created the gaming system and concepts used for Champions of the Galaxy and Legends of Wrestling. Tom has also written all the main COTG game editions and many of the secondary editions like Classics and others. He diligently oversees everything having to do with COTG and LOW, a virtual monarch of game universes. Tom added a new writer to his stable in 2000 when Mark Ashby was brought on board to write the CPC game editions. He also gets help with the LOW game editions from Chad Olson, Tim Dalton, and Stu Lowry. Tom is ever-loyal to the game and fans saying that continuing to write COTG keeps his feet "firmly planted in the sky."
Have COTG and LOW been plugged by any professional wrestlers?

Here's Tom with WWF legend, the Iron Sheik.
Only legends from the WWF like Mankind, King Kong Bundy, the Ted Dibiase and Greg "The Hammer" Valentine! That's to say nothing of a plug by Marvel Comics legend, Stan Lee! Go

Who does the great drawings for the game?

The GWF's classic original artist,
also acclaimed for his work on Myst.
Tom has been lucky to collaborate with
some exceptionally talented artists on Champions of the Galaxy. The first
game artist was Tom's friend, Chuck
Carter. Chuck drew the original
game up to War Games 2093 and is also known for his work on the
popular fantasy CD-ROM, Myst. Next was Larry Snelly, who took
the artistic reigns from Sudden Death 2094 to Revolution 2097,
including tag-team work with Mike Gustovich (of Marvel Comics fame)
on Classics 2079. The most prolific Champions of the Galaxy artist
is Brian Michael
Bendis, one of the biggest names in the comic book field.
Brian has worked on everything from Civil War 2099 to CPC 2107
with many Classics editions thrown in for good measure! The current regular artists are Jeremy Su, Hannibal King, Jeff Diamond, and Sonny Strait. They are great artists all!

What is THE GWF FILES handbook?
It had to happen! Game fans have wanted a handbook that chronicles the history of the GWF and they've got it! The GWF Files features listings for all game characters (over 200 total), including biographies, heights, weights, home planets, and much more!
The handbook also features all kinds of neat official info that loyal game fans crave, plus previously unreleased material such as game art, photos, and more! It's the major book event of the year! The first edition of The GWF Files was officially released at GalactiCon 2000 in Jamestown, New York on July 15! It was such a hit that the second edition (with updates and new articles) was released in 2002! Game fans can order The GWF Files at this site. Click here to order.
What about the Legends of Wrestling game?
It all started in the summer of 2001 with the release of Legends of Wrestling playing cards for King Kong Bundy and other wrestling superstars. Filsinger Games released the Introductory Box Set for Legends of Wrestling in 2003. With Legends of Wrestling, the successful Champions of the Galaxy gaming system has been applied to real wrestlers and celebrates the colorful history of professional wrestling! It's a chance for hardcore wrestling fans to become the promoter and booker for a dream federation of the greatest names in wresting history!
Filsinger Games introduced game fans to the Future of Wrestling with Champions of the Galaxy. The next step in taking over the game industry will be showcasing the Classic Past with the Legends of Wrestling game!
