Actor, Mark Goddard, visited with Tom at the GWF booth. Mark played Major Don West in the classic sci-fi television show, Lost in Space. We would like to thank Mark for all the great memories from the Lost in Space series and the kind gift of a miniature Jupiter 2 for Tom's son, Alex.
Ed Davis had his own booth at the Motor City Con and worked on the coming Champions of the Galaxy comic book in his spare time! Here's Ed with one of the pages, featuring Krakan and a mysterious figure. Ed will be releasing the comic book at GalactiCon 2000 on July 15-16 in Jamestown. Looks great, Ed!
Champions of the Galaxy got top billing at the gaming area at the Motor City Con! Here's Matt Dickendesher and Paul Filsinger giving a demonstration to two newcomers to the GWF.
We were honored that comic book legend, Sheldon Moldoff, gave a plug to Champions of the Galaxy! Sheldon drew many classic comic books, including Batman in the 1950's and 1960's! Sheldon told us great stories about the "old days" in comics and we loved em!
